Complementary & Pain Relief Therapies

Welcome from Kerry

About Kerry - Cinnabar Therapies

Today’s fast-paced life often leaves us unsure how to balance physical and mental stress. Both of which contribute to multiple physiological and psychological symptoms. My personal experiences led me to exploring multiple evidence-based modalities that supported both a harmonious personal and work life.

Kerry is a Chinese medicine, health, and well-being advocate, she started her own clinical practice in the United Kingdom in 2015.

She started her Chinese medicine education in 2018, at Lincoln College, where she studied a BSc (Hons) Acupuncture, completing in 2021 with a First-Class Honours. Continuing her education in Chinese medicine in 2021 with Phoenix Academy Acupuncture & Herbal Medicine, Kerry, is currently studying a post graduate Herbal Medicine Diploma. CPD is important to Kerry, enabling her to be aware of the latest scientific research and practice, enabling her to offer the best to her clients. Post graduate CPD courses, include, Facial Cosmetic Acupuncture with Health Med. Training.

Kerry began her education many years ago at Grimsby Institute of Further and Higher Education in 2000, where, she studied Sports Therapy, Gym Instructor and Group Exercises, gaining Diplomas in all. Her continual interest in anatomy and physiology, rehabilitation, and holistic health, further developed when she gained additional educational Diplomas in, aromatherapy, reflexology, and Indian head massage, at the same institute.

In 2015 Kerry’s interest in body work led her to study in Brighton with Jing Advanced Massage Training, where she completed her foundation in Advanced Clinical Massage. In addition to gaining a Diploma in Traditional Thai Yoga Massage; Nuad Bo Rarn with Sussex Thai Massage School. As Kerry’s interest progressed in the movement of the body, she completed a 10-month series of Myofascial Anatomy and Movement education in Leeds with Natural Bodies from 2017 to 2018.
